What is an vetted member?
Understanding the requirements for vetted member status and ACCAP's $99/month membership rate.
Overview
An vetted member is an individual or entity that meets specific financial criteria set by the SEC. This status allows access to certain investment opportunities not available to the general public.
At ACCAP, verified vetted members qualify for our $99/month membership rate instead of the standard $199/month. This recognizes the value accredited members bring to our community.
Qualification Requirements
You qualify as an vetted member if you meet any one of the following criteria:
Income Requirement
Individual income exceeding $200,000 in each of the prior two years, with reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
OR Joint income with spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years.
Net Worth Requirement
Net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with spouse, excluding the value of your primary residence.
Entity Status
Certain trusts, entities, or organizations with assets exceeding $5 million, or entities in which all equity owners are vetted members.
