Accreditation
What is an Accredited Investor?
Understanding the requirements for accredited investor status and ACCAP's $99/month membership rate.
Overview
An accredited investor is an individual or entity that meets specific financial criteria set by the SEC. This status allows access to certain investment opportunities not available to the general public.
At ACCAP, verified accredited investors qualify for our $99/month membership rate instead of the standard $199/month. This recognizes the value accredited members bring to our community.

Individual income exceeding $200,000 in each of the prior two years, with reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
OR Joint income with spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years.
